Information you send us
When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the details you send, such as the date, group size and budget for your visit.
How we use it
- To reply to you and arrange your visit.
- To share with the venue the details it needs to receive you, such as the name for the booking, arrival time and group size.
- To confirm with the venue that a visit took place.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data collected by the site
The site uses privacy-focused analytics to count page views and clicks on contact buttons. The bill estimator runs in your browser, and the numbers you enter are not sent to us unless you choose to include them in a WhatsApp message.
Retention and deletion
We keep conversation records only as long as needed to arrange and confirm visits. You can ask us to delete your information at any time through WhatsApp or the contact on the About page.
Messages are carried by WhatsApp and are also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
